The website is intended for adults arranging pest service for a home or acting with the household's permission. The administrator area is for people we authorize to use it.

An estimate request, contact message or pest report does not itself book an appointment, start or renew a service agreement, confirm coverage, or require a payment. A confirmation message means the website accepted your request. It does not mean a technician has reviewed it or that a visit has been scheduled.

We offer a yearly pest program, not one-off treatments. We do not provide termite services or lawn spraying. We serve Pasco, Hernando and selected Pinellas areas, and we confirm availability for your address. A map, ZIP result or town page is guidance rather than a binding commitment to serve every address shown.

The website describes an included return visit in month 6, counted from the first treatment in month 1, and free service calls between scheduled visits for yearly-program customers. The agreement for your home controls the precise scope, covered pests, exclusions, visit arrangements, price, payment schedule, renewal, cancellation, refunds and any guarantee. These website terms do not add fees, automatic renewal or a guarantee to that agreement.

Ask us about anything that is unclear before agreeing to service. A general page, illustration, game or downloaded PDF is not a site inspection, pest identification or a substitute for the terms confirmed for your home.

You remain responsible for the information you submit. Do not impersonate someone else, submit another person's contact details without authority, or upload unlawful, harmful or unrelated material.

You keep any rights you have in your photos and messages. By sending them, you allow us and our website providers to receive, store, review and use them as needed to handle your request and operate the service described in our privacy policy. Sending a photo does not authorize us to use it in advertising or publish it as a customer testimonial.

Do not include payment details, identity documents, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Photos are optional. We remove embedded details such as location from JPG, PNG and WebP photos when we store them, but HEIC photos are kept as sent, so check a HEIC file's location information before uploading it.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse an administrator account, submit spam, upload malicious code, bypass access controls or interfere with the website's operation. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the site and its users.

If you have authorized administrative access, keep your credentials private, use only the records needed for your work and sign out on shared devices. Do not publish private inquiry details, exports or handbook material.

The website includes our branding and content as well as licensed, public-data and third-party material. Applicable ownership and license terms continue to apply. You may view the site and use its Save PDF or sharing controls for your own reference or to discuss service with your household.
