Your program year starts with your first treatment. We come back in month 4 and month 8 to retreat and set up a perimeter barrier, and those visits are included. If pests show up in between, your service call is free.

We look at your home and place treatment behind walls and in the nooks and crannies where pests live and travel. We do not spray chemicals along your baseboards.

Service calls are always free for yearly customers.
If you find a pest after our treatment, call us or report it online. We come back out and take care of it.

Who answers when I call?
You talk to Mike, the owner. We do not use a call center.
Will I see the same technician?
Yes. The business is owner-operated, so you get the same technician.
How do you treat my home?
We use a targeted approach. We do not spray chemicals along your baseboards. We place treatment behind walls and in the nooks and crannies where pests live and travel.
Do you offer single visits?
No. Our pest service is a yearly program, not a single visit.
Which pests does the program cover?
Tell us what you are seeing at home. We look at your home, explain what we find and give you an estimate.
Do I need to know what pest I have?
No. You do not need to know the name of the pest. Just tell us what you see and where.
How much does the yearly program cost?
Our yearly plans are affordable compared to the big national brands. Your estimate depends on your home and the pests involved.
Do you provide termite services?
No. We do not provide termite services.
Do you serve areas outside Pasco, Hernando and northern Pinellas?
No. We serve Pasco, Hernando and selected northern Pinellas areas. Tampa is outside our service area. Hillsborough County is outside our service area.
How do you plan around my family and pets?
We plan every treatment with your family and pets in mind, and we tell you how to prepare before your visit.
Why do you not spray along the baseboards?
We place treatment where pests live and travel instead, behind walls and in the nooks and crannies of your home. This is precision pest control at an affordable price.
What happens if I find a pest after my treatment?
Call us at 727-207-1749 or report it online. We come back out and take care of it. Service calls are always free for yearly customers.

Clear the house, room by room.
Run through the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room and the attic. Puff smoke to send the pests packing, then find the glowing hiding spots (behind the fridge, under the stove, in the drains) and set a trap or treat the spot so no more come out. The big orange ant is waiting in the attic.
