Port Richey and New Port Richey have separate pages. Your street address tells us where to visit.
We serve yearly-program customers in Port Richey. When you contact us, give us the address of the home you want treated so Mike can confirm the location and discuss the visit with you.
If you meant New Port Richey, we serve homes there too. Use the New Port Richey page for that location, or tell us your service address when you call. You do not need to work out the city boundary before getting in touch.

Tell Mike where the activity starts and where it returns.
For ants, tell us whether you see a trail, which rooms it reaches and when you notice it. For roaches, describe where you have seen them and whether the activity keeps returning. You do not need to identify the species yourself.
These details help Mike understand what needs a closer look. He explains the proposed treatment and pest coverage for your home before you decide on the yearly program.
Your program includes the first treatment and a month-six return visit.
The first treatment is planned around your home and what Mike finds. In month 6, we return to retreat and set up a perimeter barrier around your home. That return visit is included in the yearly program.
Service calls are always free for yearly customers. If pests appear between visits, contact Mike and explain what has changed so he can follow up. We do not sell one-off treatments.

Ask about the price and coverage for your Port Richey home.
Your home and the pests involved affect the estimate. Mike explains the proposed treatment and price, and you can ask about pest coverage, preparation and the terms for continuing into another year.
We plan treatment with your family and pets in mind. Tell Mike about household needs and access arrangements before the visit. We do not provide termite services or lawn spraying.

Already a customer? Request a service call.
If you are already on the yearly program, report the pest activity using Report a pest or call 727-207-1749. Tell us where you are seeing it and that you are an existing customer.
You can speak with the same owner who knows your home. A service call is handled separately from a new-customer estimate.

Start with your Port Richey address and what you are seeing.
Request an estimate or call Mike at 727-207-1749. Include your street address and a short description of the pest activity. Sending a request does not book an appointment or commit you to a program.

Ultimate: House Patrol
Clear the house, room by room.
Run through the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room and the attic. Puff smoke to send the pests packing, then find the glowing hiding spots (behind the fridge, under the stove, in the drains) and set a trap or treat the spot so no more come out. The big orange ant is waiting in the attic.
Use the Left and Right arrows to run and Space to jump. Down is the action key: hold it to puff smoke, or press it at a glowing spot to set a trap.
