Tell us where and when you are seeing roaches.
A roach in the garage and repeated sightings in a kitchen are different descriptions for us to investigate. Tell us which rooms are involved, how often you see activity and whether you notice it indoors, outdoors or both.
If you call them palmetto bugs, use that name when you contact us. We do not ask you to identify the species before requesting an estimate. You can attach a clear photo, but it is optional.

We inspect the places involved before explaining the treatment.
Mike Cirillo answers your call and is the technician who looks at your home. Tell him where the activity occurs and about any treatment already used. That conversation helps us understand what needs inspection rather than assuming every roach problem is the same.
We use targeted placement behind walls and in the nooks and crannies where pests live and travel. We do not spray chemicals along your baseboards. We explain how to prepare and plan the work with your family and pets in mind.

We confirm the species and coverage in your estimate.
Different roach problems can require different work. We explain what your yearly program covers after we look at your home. Do not assume a particular species, including German cockroaches, or a severe infestation is automatically included.
If you are looking for a roach exterminator, we can discuss whether your home fits our yearly program. We do not offer a separate one-off roach treatment, and we do not promise a result or timetable before assessing the problem.

Your program continues after the first treatment.
Your first treatment starts your program year. We return in month 6 to retreat and set up a perimeter barrier around your home. That visit is included in the yearly program.
Service calls are free for yearly-program customers if pests show up between visits. Call us or use Report a pest to tell us what has changed. Your estimate establishes the coverage for your home; we do not sell single visits for one pest.

We explain what we need from you before your visit.
Tell us about pets, access to the affected rooms and any preparation questions when we arrange the visit. We give you instructions for your home instead of assuming every household needs the same preparation.
You can begin with your name, phone number and a description of what you are seeing. Give us the service address when we talk so we can confirm coverage and arrange the next step.
We help you check whether your home is in our service area.
We serve Pasco, Hernando and selected northern Pinellas areas from our base in New Port Richey. Our New Port Richey, Trinity and Hudson pages explain the local service and link back to the same yearly program.
We confirm your exact address before arranging service. Tampa and Hillsborough County are outside our service area. We do not provide termite services or lawn spraying.

You can ask about the cost before choosing your yearly program.
Your estimate depends on your home and the pests involved. We explain the work and coverage before you agree to the program, rather than publishing a price that may not match your home.
Call 727-207-1749 to speak to Mike, or request an estimate online. Tell us you are seeing cockroaches and where they appear. If you already have a yearly program, use the existing-customer service-call path instead.

Here are answers to common questions.
Do you offer a one-time roach treatment?
No. We provide a yearly pest program. Your first treatment starts the year, the month-six visit is included, and service calls are free for yearly customers.
Is every roach problem included in the yearly price?
We confirm the pest, work and coverage after looking at your home. We explain any exclusions before you agree to a program; this page does not promise that every species or infestation is included.
Do I need a photo or a species name to request help?
No. Describe what you see, the rooms involved and how often it happens. A clear photo is useful if you have one, but it is optional.
Who comes to my home?
Mike Cirillo owns the business and treats your home. You speak to the owner and get the same technician for your yearly program.
What should I do if I am already a customer?
Call us or use Report a pest to describe the new activity. Service calls are free for yearly-program customers.

Chase the ant army away from the house.
Spray smoke to send the orange ants packing.

Ultimate: House Patrol
Clear the house, room by room.
Run through the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room and the attic. Puff smoke to send the pests packing, then find the glowing hiding spots (behind the fridge, under the stove, in the drains) and set a trap or treat the spot so no more come out. The big orange ant is waiting in the attic.
Use the Left and Right arrows to run and Space to jump. Down is the action key: hold it to puff smoke, or press it at a glowing spot to set a trap.
Turn your phone sideways to play.
