We confirm your coverage after we look at your home.
We look at your home, identify what is there and tell you what your yearly program covers before you agree to it. If something you are seeing is outside the program, we tell you.
If you are seeing something that is not on this list, call us and describe it. We will tell you whether it fits our yearly program.
We do not provide termite services or one-off treatments.
If you are worried about termites, we are not the company for that work, and we will tell you so on the call.
Our pest service is a yearly program for your home. We do not sell single visits for one pest.
We place treatment where pests live and travel.
We do not spray chemicals along your baseboards. We place treatment behind walls and in the nooks and crannies where pests live and travel, based on what we find at your home.
We plan every treatment with your family and pets in mind.
A photo helps, but it is optional.
If you can take a clear photo, add it to your request. It helps us see what you are seeing before we talk. If you cannot get a photo, a description of the size, color and location is enough.

Do you treat termites?
No. We do not provide termite services.
What if I do not know what pest I have?
You do not need to know the name of the pest. Tell us what you see and where, and add a photo if you have one.
Can I pay for one treatment for a single pest?
No. Our pest service is a yearly program, not a single visit.
What about rodents or other pests that are not listed here?
Call us and describe what you are seeing. We will tell you whether it is something we can help with before you request an estimate.

Clear the house, room by room.
Run through the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room and the attic. Puff smoke to send the pests packing, then find the glowing hiding spots (behind the fridge, under the stove, in the drains) and set a trap or treat the spot so no more come out. The big orange ant is waiting in the attic.
